LC/LG – On Demand – Nautilus Systems

LC100^TM Series Print and Apply and LG100^TM Label Glide Systems are NSI’s offering for ‘on demand’ Print and Apply Applicators. The LC100 Series offers 600 dpi thermal transfer print quality and precision placement. LC100i Applicators include our integrated smart LabelBot^TM Tamp Actuator. LC100r^TM Robot Mode Feeders are configured to print and present a component for capture by customer robotics or pick and place devices. LC100i-PVA^TM Applicators integrate a vision inspection process for the label before it is applied. All LC100 Series Applicators integrate our Capture>Peel>Place^TM method for label presentation and release from the liner, as in our PL Series Applicators, which ensures high positioning accuracy and reliability of removal of label from liner. The LG100^TM Series of ‘Print and Present’ systems are configured specifically for integration with robots or other pick and place systems and provide maximum visibility of labels for customers who will implement their own vision inspection systems.
