The LC100i-PVA^TM is a game changing implementation of print and apply technology. PVA^TM is an acryonym for ‘Print, Verify, and Apply’^TM. This method allows the user an option to inspect a label after it is printed, but before it is applied to their product.

Labels that do not pass the vision inspection can be automatically placed back onto the spent liner for collection on the takeup. Alternatively, the customer can have the rejected label placed to a surface or object that they introduce.

Costs to rework, or possibly scrap, mislabeled product is a huge concern for manufacturers of all kinds. Why apply a bad label to a product? There’s no need to continue doing that when you have the option of using the LC100i-PVA!
