Eclipse400
The Eclipse 400 Plate Labeling System is our most advanced and fully integrated system for Plate Labeling. It includes Plate Stackers to hold up to a total of 50 Plates without Labels and 50 Plates with Labels. The Eclipse 400 system automatically transfers Plates from one stack, through the labeling system, and to another stack.
The integrated HMI panel and controller allows the Eclipse 400 to handle complex tasks such as configuring print jobs from the panel and/or communicating with external systems (PC’s or other lab automation instruments) to accept print data from those systems and send print results to those systems. The Eclipse 400 motion control hardware automatically rotates the Plate between four positions and can automatically raise or lower the Plate to control Label application height. This allows the system to follow a sequence to automatically apply up to four labels per Plate (centered on each side of an SBS footprint plate.
